Offered is a series in which BuckeyeNation talks to prospective recruits who have been offered by Ohio State.

The recruitment of D'Andre Payne (Washington, D.C./Woodson) has been at full-go for a while now.

A 5-foot-9, 169-pound cornerback with blazing speed, the ESPN Watch List junior has more than 30 Division I scholarship offers and expects that number to go through the roof as the recruiting process heats up in the offseason.
