KEY STAT FOR THE SOONERS

Will the Sooners take care of their end?
There's been plenty of talk around the state of Oklahoma about the Sooners' chances to make the BCS. Yet it will mean nothing if the Sooners don't beat TCU.
The Horned Frogs are coming off a 20-13 win over Texas but have lost three of their last five games. TCU's first season in the Big 12 has been difficult, but it has overcome injuries and obstacles to earn a 4-4 conference record heading into Saturday's finale.

Week 14 Conference Call
Drive Starters
By Jake Trotter
The Sooners have been virtually unstoppable these last two weeks. But all season, they have been lethal in kick-starting drives.
This season, OU has just 16 three-and-outs, which, according to ESPN Stats & Info, is tied for second fewest in the nation.
In Bedlam, OU generated 44 first downs, way above the Sooners' average of 27. Keeping drives alive will help wear down TCU's defense the way it did OSU's.
OU PLAYER TO WATCH
By Jake Trotter
OU's junior safety had 14 tackles in Bedlam, but did not have his best performance. He turned Josh Stewart loose on the first play of the third quarter for a 75-yard TD, and missed several tackles trying to bring down Joseph Randle. As the OU defense has dipped these last three games, so has Jefferson. With TCU expected to try and run right at the Sooners too, Jefferson needs a big bounce-back game.
