Oklahoma coaches invaded California last week, sending out offers to several highly-recruited 2013 prospects. The Sooners are being aggressive on the West Coast during the spring evaluation period and have had recent success recruiting the furtile region, in particular with the "Cali trio" of Brennan Clay, Kenny Stills and Tony Jefferson in the class of 2010.

Coming off a 2012 class where the Sooners attacked California hard and landed wide receiver Derrick Woods and tight end Taylor McNamara, it has only intensified in 2013. OU went after two of California's top guns in safety Su'a Cravens (Murrieta, Calif./Vista) and linebacker Michael Hutchings (Concord, Calif./De La Salle), and though their interest in the Sooners has cooled off, it hasn't deterred the OU coaches from pursuing the area.
