Darlington 'can't wait' for OU-FSU
Class of 2012 O-line commit strives for excellence on and off the field

Like most high school football players, offensive lineman Ty Darlington (Apopka, Fla./Apopka) has dreamed of finishing his high school career with a state championship.
But unlike most recruits, Darlington also dreams of being the school's valedictorian. And it's an attainable goal as Darlington has earned all A's on his report card since going to public school in fourth grade.
Disappointment in the classroom is something the Oklahoma verbal commit has never had to handle.
There have been some close calls, though. As a freshman, Darlington earned a 90.01 average in AP Biology, a subject with which he admits he wasn't familiar.
