Five quarterback options for OU
Breaking down the Sooners' possibilities at quarterback for the class of 2013

NORMAN, Okla. -- The Oklahoma coaching staff made it known early that Max Browne (Sammamish, Wash./Skyline) was its No. 1 quarterback target for the 2013 class. The Sooners let Browne know, and maybe even more importantly, let all the other junior quarterbacks know where they stood in the pecking order.
OU was hoping it wouldn't have to look at a second option, but when Browne committed to USC last week, it was time for OU quarterbacks coach Josh Heupel to get back to work.
Only at a school like OU are these five recruits considered backup options because any school would be happy to have any of the quintet:
