Sooners looking nationally for 2013
New Jersey DT, California S are among OU's early 2013 defensive recruiting targets

NORMAN, Okla. -- Part of the problem for Oklahoma's 2012 defensive class has been the Sooners trying to get into the race for a prospect so late in the game. OU makes a good impression, but it's tough to play catch-up all the time.
The Sooners are trying to make sure that is not the case in 2013, as OU already has offered a lot of top names on the defensive side of the ball.
Here is an early wish list for the Sooners' defensive class next year:
