NORMAN, Okla. -- Entering the season, there wasn't much talk about any junior college prospects for Oklahoma's 2012 recruiting class. Some defensive backs might have been on the fringe, but nothing was definite.

There have been many changes in the last few months. The Sooners already have two juco commits in defensive end Chaz Nelson (Columbus, Ohio/Garden City CC) and tight end Brannon Green (Altamont, Kan./Fort Scott CC).

And if Oklahoma coaches have their way, they're not done yet. The Sooners are in the final two for two defensive backs at Woodland Hills (Calif.) Pierce College in cornerback Kass Everett and safety Gerald Bowman. Everett is down to OU and Texas Tech, while it's between the Sooners and USC for Bowman.
