NORMAN, Okla. -- Defensive end Chaz Nelson (Garden City, Kan./Garden City CC) had a choice to make last May after his school year ended. He could go back to his hometown of Columbus, Ohio, and relax, or stay in Kansas and work on getting better for the next football season.
