OU commits bond on official visit
Five commitments visited for the Sooners' game against Texas A&M

NORMAN, Okla. -- When the preseason rankings were released, Oklahoma's matchup with Texas A&M looked to be the Sooners' lone marquee home game.
It was supposed to be a battle between two of the top teams in the nation and a showcase for what OU has to offer. A lot of Sooners verbal commits talked it over and decided they were going to make their official visits for that game.
The matchup lost some of its luster with the Aggies at 5-3 coming into the game, but that didn't mean anything to the five commits who made their official visit.
