NORMAN, Okla. -- Like most small towns in Oklahoma, Vian's passion for its football team runs deep. Unfortunately, Vian hasn't had much to be excited about in the last couple of years.
This season, though, is a return to the tradition of Vian football. The Wolverines are 7-0 for the first time since 2006. One of the biggest reasons has been the play of junior offensive lineman Rob Boyd.
"This season couldn't be any better," Boyd said. "There is a lot more unity on our team, and we're best friends everywhere we go."
Class of 2013 offensive lineman Rob Boyd is focused on his season, but admits the Sooners are his top school.
