Tapper committed, not looking around
2012 defensive end, who committed to OU during the summer, excited about future

NORMAN, Okla. -- Charles Tapper has been one of the quietest commitments in Oklahoma's 2012 class. The standout defensive end from Baltimore's City College committed to the Sooners during the summer but hasn't spoken publicly about his commitment.
His silence led some to wonder whether he was still committed to the Sooners, especially when he took an unofficial visit to West Virginia for the Mountaineers' game against LSU.
Tapper has taken steps to silence those concerns in recent days with his pro-Oklahoma tweets and his affirmation of his commitment to the Sooners. When asked by SoonerNation whether he is still 100 percent committed to OU, Tapper quickly responded:
