Class of 2013 running back, Sooners target is coming back from injury

Oklahoma had its eyes on one running back for the 2012 class in Alex Ross (Jenks, Okla./Jenks). No other offers were needed when running backs coach Cale Gundy got a look at Ross and the commitment. Looking ahead to 2013 at running back, the Sooners have made an offer to Altee Tenpenny (Little Rock, Ark./North), but there won't be a lot of film from his junior season with which to evaluate Tenpenny.
The 5-foot-11, 200-pound back fractured his ankle before the season and hasn't played this season. However, he was actually pretty lucky; he said the injury could have been a lot worse.
