Sooners opening doors in Florida
Oklahoma has three commitments from the state of Florida for the class of 2012

NORMAN, Okla. -- It takes just one recruiting class to open the door.
Bob Stoops and the Oklahoma coaching staff hope that OU's 2012 class -- with three verbal commits from the Sunshine State -- has opened the door to the state of Florida and increased OU's chances with future Florida prospects.
OU's top source for talent is and probably always will be Texas. The Sooners have a rich recruiting tradition within that state. Considering the consistently deep talent pool combined with the proximity to OU's campus, the Sooners will always nab some of the top Texas talent.
