Toussaint, defense propel Michigan
As Hoke promised, Wolverines got look at bevy of freshmen, mostly on defensive side

ANN ARBOR, Mich. -- Michigan rebounded from its first loss of the season with a resounding 36-14 win Saturday over Purdue and in the process showed off a little bit more of what it might try to do heading into November.
As Michigan coach Brady Hoke said last they would week, the Wolverines worked more freshmen into the rotation, especially on defense, and continued to get both Devin Gardner and Denard Robinson on the field at the same time.
Here's what stood out during the Wolverines' win over Purdue.
