ANN ARBOR, Mich. -- Bo Schembechler died five years ago, but the impact of his life resonates throughout the Michigan community and beyond. Everyone who encountered Schembechler has a story.
He was just that type of guy.
"There are so many," said Michigan athletic director Dave Brandon, who played for Schembechler from 1970 to 1973. "Bo was a walking story. It seemed like everybody who had interactions with Bo ended up with Bo stories."
