Offensive picture somewhat muddled

ANN ARBOR, Mich. -- For the third consecutive year, Michigan is entering Big Ten play undefeated, ranked and ready to prove that the previous year was an aberration instead of a trend.
In 2009, the Wolverines needed to show they were better than the 3-9 team in 2008. In 2010, they tried to show they were not going to collapse as they did in 2009. And this year, they are trying to prove that the new coaching staff and this year's team will be different than the previous two seasons.
With that in mind, here is what worked, what didn't, and one thing Michigan needs to dramatically improve its offense and prevent 2011 from looking like the past three seasons.
