Q: Reader dburk002: Is the staff going to give out any 2014 offers? Who are the top out-of-state prospects the staff is looking at in 2014?

A: Yes, offers will eventually go out. I've said this before, but I think the recruiting success that Michigan has had in 2012 and 2013 has given the staff a chance to be a little pickier with 2014.
