Commitments undaunted by loss
Losing to Michigan State isn't what anyone had in mind, but 2012 class sees positives

ANN ARBOR, Mich. -- Michigan entered this weekend's game with a 6-0 record and seemingly everything going in its favor. The fourth consecutive loss to Michigan State, however, brings everything back to reality. With only one loss on the season, things are definitely not bleak for the Wolverines, but that loss might have shown some areas for improvement. From a recruiting perspective, this was a big win for Michigan State, which was able to show visiting prospects a postgame celebration. As in-state recruiting is always a big deal, this game is often a selling point during recruiting pitches.
