Wormley captains team through cloud of uncertainty regarding transfers on roster

TOLEDO, Ohio -- Chris Wormley had known he was going to commit to Michigan for nearly a month before he actually did, but he had no intention of telling anyone too soon.
He wanted to wait for the right time, but he knew that time would come before his senior season, so that he could avoid the attention and recruiting process during his senior year. When he committed in Ann Arbor at the football prospects cookout in late July, he was ready to turn his focus to his final year.
"I wanted to be a senior and focus on my senior year -- the academics, having a good time, playing football," Wormley said.
