WolverineNation will run a Recruiting Mailbag feature every other week and conduct a live chat in the weeks when the mailbag doesn't run. Here's a look at this week's questions from the readers:
Matt Steele, Newton, Mass.: With the transfers so far this year, including Tony Posada and Je'Ron Stokes, what are the chances that Michigan takes an extra offensive lineman and/or wide receiver? Who are the most likely targets to fill the remaining holes at these positions?
A: Michigan already has five offensive linemen committed and probably will take only one more, as long as there is no more attrition along the line. Six is plenty for this class, and that last spot will be reserved for an elite lineman such as Josh Garnett (Puyallup, Wash./Puyallup), Zach Banner (Lakewood, Wash./Lakes), or Jordan Diamond (Chicago/Simeon).
It's going to depend on the timing and who decides first for the linemen. As far as wide receivers, the Michigan coaches are still looking at taking two receivers for this class. I outlined the targets that are left in my article this past week. You can check that out here.
Michigan will look to add an elite offensive lineman and a wide receiver to this class, Tom VanHaaren writes in his recruiting mailbag.
