ANN ARBOR, Mich. -- After missing the Michigan-Notre Dame game Sept. 10 because of a delayed flight, 2013 defensive back Shaq Wiggins (Atlanta/Westlake) knew he needed to reschedule for another big game. He now plans to take an unofficial visit to Ann Arbor when the Wolverines take on Ohio State on Nov. 26.
"Once I missed the flight to the Notre Dame game I figured I might as well pick one good game," he said. "I really wanted to go to that Notre Dame game, but we'll be out of school at the end of November, so this one works."
Wiggins received an offer from the Michigan coaching staff after attending a summer camp and has been highly interested in the Wolverines ever since. With offers from Michigan, Ohio State, Ohio, Ball State, Cincinnati and Toledo, he has seen interest start to pick up.
