Once an early enrollee at LSU, Kevin Minter is draft-ready with degree in hand

Maybe it's because of the central location -- Atlanta is less than a four-hour drive from more than six college football powerhouses. Whatever the case, Kevin Minter had quite a long list to narrow down when he made his college decision.
"He was recruited by so many colleges that we had to tell him to settle down and pick a top five," said Willie Mae Hollis, Minter's mother.
Once he had done that, the work began. And hard work it certainly was, as Minter planned to join his school of choice as an early enrollee.
