'Moose' is light on his feet
Northgate HS's DeAndre Johnson could help fill need on defensive line in 2013

When DeAndre Johnson (Newnan, Ga./Northgate) started playing football in middle school, he added a moniker that has stuck with him ever since.
"One of my coaches in seventh grade gave me the nickname 'Moose,' " Johnson said.
Since taking the job two years ago, head coach Tommy Walburn has watched the 6-foot-3, 311-pound defensive lineman develop into one of the most coveted juniors in Georgia.
