ATHENS, Ga. -- How will the Georgia Bulldogs close out the 2012 recruiting class? What 2013 running back would fit in best with the Bulldogs' roster? DawgNation answers these questions and more in this week's recruiting mailbag.
gde2233: Kipp, I know you hate percentages, but what about predictions? If national signing day was this week, in your opinion, who would UGA close out with?
KA: That is a tough one, because although it seems like signing day is right around the corner, more than 1½ months is an eternity when it comes to recruiting. A lot can happen between now and then, but I will give it my best shot.
If today were signing day, I think Georgia would have a great chance of signing juco wide receiver Cordarrelle Patterson (Hutchinson, Kan./Hutchinson CC), offensive tackle Avery Young (Palm Beach Gardens, Fla./Palm Beach Gardens), running back Todd Gurley (Tarboro, N.C./Tarboro), outside linebacker Josh Harvey-Clemons (Valdosta, Ga./Lowndes), outside linebacker Kenderius Whitehead (Lithonia, Ga./Martin Luther King) and defensive back Will Redmond (Memphis, Tenn./East). More on Redmond here.
