UGA top out-of-state prospects

The 2013 recruiting cycle is now in full swing, with offers flying out and college coaches competing to get prospects on campus with the hope of gaining early commitments from their top targets. With that in mind, it's time to look at the top 10 out-of-state prospects that the Georgia Bulldogs are involved with right now, before the evaluation period begins in April.
Given that the Peach State is perennially a top-five producer of BCS-caliber recruits, the Bulldogs should not have to go out of state, other than to supplement what looks like a deep group of talent within state lines. DawgNation feels these 10 prospects -- each of them members of the ESPNU 150 Watch List -- could be worth the extra effort:
