2013 DT likes Grantham's scheme

ATHENS, Ga. -- Georgia has won six consecutive games, and prospects in the 2013 class have taken notice of the Bulldogs' recent success on the field. DawgNation spoke to three talented juniors to get the latest on their season and their recruitment.

Griffin likes progress of Dawgs' defense under Grantham
Defensive tackle Kelsey Griffin (Hoschton, Ga./Mill Creek) had 96 tackles and six sacks as a sophomore and was named All-County and All-Region last fall. While the 6-foot-1, 285-pound prospect was unable to participate in Dawg Night in July, the Bulldogs still decided to extend an offer the next week to the promising 2013 defensive lineman.

"I believe Georgia had confidence in me coming in and being able to help their team," Griffin said. "They did not get to see me at Dawg Night, but they felt they saw my work ethic on film, and I am pretty sure they feel I can get the job done in their defense."
