New Florida strength coach Jeff Dillman motivates with high energy

GAINESVILLE, Fla. -- It is impossible to spend any time around Jeff Dillman in Florida's weight room and not want to grab a bar and start lifting.
It's also not possible to get in a quiet workout, either.
Not with Dillman, UF's director of strength and conditioning, bouncing around between stations, clapping his hands, calling out encouragement, joking around and offering instruction. All at a decibel level approaching a 1980s hair-band concert.
