Expect a UF presence in 2013 draft
As many as 11 Florida players could be picked in next year's NFL draft

GAINESVILLE, Fla. -- The 2012 NFL draft was not a good one for the Florida Gators.
Only two players were selected, the fewest since 2008, and the Gators' streak of consecutive seasons with at least one player taken in the first three rounds ended at 18.
The 2013 draft, however, will be a different story. The Gators could have as many as 11 players drafted -- provided several underclassmen declare, as expected -- and might have three first-round selections. Here's an early look at next year's Florida draft class (underclassmen denoted by *):
