GAINESVILLE, Fla. -- GatorNation takes a look at the projected offensive depth chart for the 2012 Florida Gators in the upcoming spring practice. We'll tackle the defense on Thursday. Classifications in parentheses are for the 2012 season, and an asterisk denotes a player who is supposed to enroll early:
Quarterback
Jacoby Brissett (So.), Jeff Driskel (So.), Tyler Murphy (RSo.)
Driskel enrolled early in 2011, but Brissett surged passed him during the season, partly due to Driskel's ankle injury. That's why Brissett is the projected starter right now. He's a little better fit for the pro-style offense the Gators want to run, but the job will remain open through spring and into the fall. Some of this obviously depends on the new offensive coordinator.
