Florida has a leadership problem that lies underneath all of its other issues

GAINESVILLE, Fla. -- Florida coach Will Muschamp said there isn't just one thing to fix that will return the football program to relevance in the Southeastern Conference and national championship picture.
There are a lot of things that have to get better, he said. Both lines of scrimmage have to get deeper. The players have to become more mentally and physically tough. Playmakers at running back and receiver have to emerge.
He's right about all that, but the main problem with the 2011 football team can be summed up in less than 140 characters.
