GAINESVILLE, Fla. -- It took John Brantley 22 starts, but he finally threw for 300 yards.
In his 21 previous starts, Florida's redshirt senior quarterback had never hit that mark. Heck, he had never thrown for more than 248 yards – and surpassed 200 yards only seven times.
But he did it against Furman, throwing for 329 yards and four touchdowns in the Gators' 54-32 victory at Florida Field.
In Mike DiRocco's Sunday Night Quarterback he examines John Brantley's career day and worries about the offensive line against FSU.
