GAINESVILLE, Fla. -- Florida coach Will Muschamp wants to help any of his players who are considering leaving school early for the NFL.
He'll help them submit the paperwork to the NFL's draft advisory board for an evaluation of their potential draft position. When that paperwork comes back, he'll supplement that information with any that he gains through personal contacts with NFL coaches and executives.
"Anyone that has the opportunity to apply for an evaluation from the NFL office, I encourage those players to do that," Muschamp said. "Then I sit down with them and give them the input I've gotten from NFL people. Some agent isn't going to give you the right information, I can assure you of that. We have a good process here just being really honest and open with our players."
