In the eyes of the fans at the University of Alabama, it seemed like a foregone conclusion that 2013 linebacker Walker Jones would follow his brothers, Barrett Jones and Harrison Jones, to Tuscaloosa and play for the Crimson Tide.

On Monday, it became a reality when the youngest of the trio committed to Alabama. But as Walker and his family would tell you, it was never a sure thing.

"He really gave all the other schools a chance," said Leslie Jones, Walker's mother.
