In wake of NCAA sanctions, what has happened to Penn State's class

With NCAA sanctions being levied and uncertainty surrounding bowl bans and scholarship reductions, Penn State's 2013 class, which has already slipped down to No. 19 in the class rankings, could look significantly different by signing day in February.
