Alabama scored a big commitment deep in the heart of Texas from Zach Whitley Jr., and his pledge was significant for a number of teams. Also what does quarterback Kyle Allen's rise with recruiters mean to home-state schools Arizona and Arizona State? And who loses now that Georgia is being more aggressive with its offers to 2015 and 2016 recruits? Off the trail, the NCAA tabled a number of proposals that would have dramatically altered the way schools recruited student-athletes. College coaches applauded the decision, but it was a move that leaves somebody looking really bad.
