Here's a team-by-team breakdown of the ACC's 2013 recruiting classes.

Florida State Seminoles
Top prospect: OLB Matthew Thomas. Tall, fast and rangy, Thomas is an explosive linebacker who can run, close and hit. While he could contribute early in Tallahassee, his ceiling is still very high.Breakdown: Florida State had been lacking some of the star power of previous classes, but then Thomas and top-five cornerback Jalen Ramsey came on board. Thomas, a five-star prospect who is No. 6 in the ESPN 150, is disruptive, has loads of upside and fills a big need at linebacker. Ramsey, No. 14 in the ESPN 150 and a former USC commit, is athletic and instantly improves the secondary. FSU also did a great job of flipping former Alabama DT commit DeMarcus Walker, who is No. 40 in the ESPN 150, and he'll be joined on the D-line by ESPN 150 DT Keith Bryant. The Seminoles have plenty of athletes and offensive firepower as well, notably ESPN 150 athletes Ryan Green and Levonte Whitfield as well as WR Isaiah Jones. In the trenches -- an area of focus in recent cycles by the Seminoles' coaching staff -- signing ESPN 150 offensive lineman Ira Denson was significant.
