Here's a look at how the Pac-12 recruiting classes are shaping up. Our scouts provided the rankings based on not only the talent of each class but also the needs filled. We also offer a breakdown of the players each class has and whom the programs are still targeting, but remember, it's still way early, and plenty can -- and will -- change between now and national signing day.
Commits: 18 | ESPN 150: 12 | ESPN 300: 17 | Class rankings: No. 1
Who they have: The Trojans didn't miss a beat in this recruiting cycle, as Lane Kiffin's staff had the No. 1 class in the country committed before the start of fall camp. Recruiting restrictions were the only thing that could stop USC this year, as the Trojans will be limited to fewer than 20 commitments in the 2013 class. At this point, the number of available scholarships appears to be 18, which is where the Trojans sit in terms of commitments. Among those 18, each one is a four-star recruit, 17 are listed in the ESPN 300 and 12 are in the ESPN 150. Six are among the top five players in the country at their position and seven are the No. 1 player at the position in California.
