After watching the players throughout the competition at Gridiron Kings, here's a breakdown of some players who stood out:
Quin Blanding, S (Virginia Beach, Va./Bayside)
He has huge upside as an oversized corner in the right scheme but likely will play as a safety. His range, athleticism and ability to match up versus bigger, stronger receiving targets give him great value. Just a junior, he is only going to get more savvy and could develop into a player who could lock down his opponent as a boundary corner.Brice Ramsey, QB
(Kingsland, Ga./Camden County)
College: Georgia
His first day was shaky, but much of that can be attributed to unfamiliar targets and developing a feel for his weapons. The second day was a whole other story, as Ramsey lit up the scoreboard. He was not risky with the ball, and was patient and extremely accurate. Of course it helps to have the caliber of offensive talent around him, but this was Ramsey at his finest as the camp/combine season comes to an end.
