Future UF defensive lineman, FSU offensive lineman already rivals

TIGARD, Oregon -- Madison County (Fla.) offensive lineman Ira Denson went from relative unknown to ESPN 150 prospect after a dominating performance at the Orlando NFC. In the weeks that followed, the 6-foot-4, 316-pound senior accepted an invitation to the 2013 Under Armour All-America Game and committed to Florida State.

Denson's ascension started during the one-on-one battles at the NFTC. Time and time again, Denson took on defensive linemen and put them on their backsides.

ESPN 150 defensive lineman Caleb Brantley (Crescent City, Fla./Crescent City) remembers that day well. He also remembers how the ground felt each time he ended up there courtesy of Denson.
