Checking in on early top 25
They are doing well in early rankings, but are they doing well recruiting?

After having some time to digest Mark Schlabach's "Too early top 25" college football rankings, we look at how those teams are doing on the recruiting trail.
Note: These are NOT recruiting class rankings. Our initial class rankings will come out on June 7. This is just a look at how the top 25 teams in Schlabach's early rankings are faring so far with recruits


1. LSU Tigers
Who they have: It's fair to say offense has been the name of the game for LSU to this point in the process. With roughly half the class filled (12 commits), the Tigers boast two wide receivers, two offensive guards, a running back and a pair of athletes -- John Diarse (Monroe, La./Neville) and Tre'Davious White (Shreveport, La./Green Oaks) -- who could project on the offensive side of the ball.To continue reading this article you must be an Insider
