Jameis Winston will miss signing day
Nation's top QB playing in all-star game and wants to be with family when he decides

MONTGOMERY, Ala. -- When most of the nation's top prospects sign their national letters of intent on Wednesday, Feb. 1, there will be one notable exception: Hueytown (Ala.) High School's Jameis Winston, who is No. 11 in the ESPNU 150 and the nation's top QB. "I don't think I will sign on signing day," said Winston, who is part of the Alabama squad at the Mississippi-Alabama Classic. "I am playing in the USA versus the world and the game is that day. I want to make sure I am home with my family when I sign."
