Three-star SF John Brown to have an instant impact for High Point

Here are a few things to pay attention to regarding the Big South as the NCAA basketball season nears and signing day is around the corner:
Athletes like this are found in the major conferences. Everything he does is above the rim and not only is he explosive, he's strong. Brown has a motor that doesn't stop, is a monster on the offensive glass and imposes his will on opponents with his explosive athletic ability. He has all the tools to be an immediate impact player in the league. Physically and athletically there are only a handful of guys in the Big South that could even think about playing above the rim like he does.
