On Wednesday at 1:15 p.m. ET live on ESPNU, Julius Randle (Dallas/Prestonwood Christian) will step to the mic and announce where he'll play college basketball next season. The No. 1 power forward and No. 3 overall prospect in the Class of 2013 is down to Kansas, Kentucky, Florida and Texas.
