Everyone knows March is the biggest month of the year in college basketball. But while much of the focus will be on closing out the current season on the court, plenty of work will be done behind the scenes on the recruiting trail to build for the future.

Between the spotlight of March Madness, the impending spring signing period for the current senior class, and a chance to get a head start on future recruiting classes before the spring AAU season begins, there are plenty of factors at play.
