Heading into the early signing period, which begins Wednesday and runs through Nov. 21, we know where most of the ESPN 100 will sign on to play their college ball, but several are keeping their recruitment close to the vest. Whether they make a decision in the next seven days or wait until April, these are the prospects still on the board and the programs they are still considering.
