SWAC breakdown
Three-star SG LeAntwan Luckett will impact Alcorn State right away

Here are a few things to pay attention to in the SWAC as the NCAA basketball season nears and signing day is around the corner:
Hands down, the best freshman in the SWAC should be Luckett. He was pursued by many high-major schools and should be a true difference-maker in the conference. Luckett is very athletic, wired to score the basketball and fantastic in transition, where he finishes above the rim. Luckett can sometimes struggle in the half-court set because he needs to improve his jump shot, but he still generally finds ways to score. He has a capable midrange shot and will also hit the offensive glass. The 6-foot-4 wing should have a great career at Alcorn State.
