Big East signing period grades
With the early signing period over and the class rankings set, here's a team-by-team breakdown of the 2013 early signing period classes in the Big East, complete with final grades for all 10 teams.
No longer America's mid-major darling coach, Chris Mack certainly proved he'll have no problem recruiting as a new member of the Big East. In fact, he not only built one of the top classes in the country but also potentially the best in school history. The two things that stand out most about this class are its collective depth and upside. Trevon Bluiett, Edmond Sumner and Makinde London give Xavier a trio of ESPN 100 products, while J.P. Macura and Sean O'Mara fill specific roles with their outside shooting and interior size, respectively. The upside is based on the fact the fact that this group projects to spend at least the next three years together, in addition to the fact that Sumner and London are just beginning to scratch the surface of their ability.
