With the early signing period over and the class rankings set, here's a team-by-team breakdown of the 2013 early signing period classes in the ACC, complete with final grades for all 15 teams.

Duke

Grade

Landing the combination of the nation's No. 1 overall player, Jahlil Okafor (Chicago/Whitney Young), and No. 1 point guard, Tyus Jones (Apple Valley, Minn./Apple Valley), who is the No. 3 overall player, gives Duke two impact players at the two most important positions on the floor -- as well as the No. 1 overall class in the country. Okafor brings a polished low-post game that will demand double teams in the painted area. Jones is a leader who makes great decisions and brings out the best in his teammates. If Duke only landed Okafor and Jones, that would have been plenty. But the Blue Devils didn't stop there, reeling in two more ESPN 100 prospects: No. 14 Justise Winslow (Houston/St. John's), the No. 5 small forward, and No. 24 Grayson Allen (Jacksonville, Fla./Providence School), the No. 6 shooting guard. Winslow is a physically gifted small forward who overpowers opponents with his size, speed and strength, Winslow's versatility is what separates him from his peers in terms of defense first, ballhandling and facilitating. Allen was once thought to be only a high percentage 3-point shooter, but after an outstanding summer, he proved he is a fearless driver and an active defender with athletic ability. In addition to its enormous talent, this group brings a winning résumé and the type of work ethic that leads to championships.
