Nunn is a heady and competitive signal caller that works both from under center and out of the shotgun in somewhat of a dink and dunk offense with some intermediate and deep throws sprinkled in. He possesses just average overall measurables and needs to continue to add bulk and strength to his frame. He is a prospect with a pretty quick release, but marginal overall arm strength in terms of making the necessary college level throws to the sideline outside of the numbers at mid-range and deep areas of the field. Footwork and balance away from center is very sound. He is consistent and quick in his drop and carries the ball just below the chin in a comfortable and relaxed manner. He sets up quickly and is prepared to get the ball out. Is able to beat the rush with his release on underneath throws. Throws the screen game very well and is generally an accurate passer on shorter throws between the numbers. Throws a catchable ball with just enough zip, yet at the same time touch and consistently hits the strikezone. He is a crafty athlete in the pocket and buys time to create a second passing chance and although he is not a significant threat as a runner he will tuck the ball and do what he needs to in order to move the chains. Throws well on the move to either side off play-pass and does a nice job squaring his shoulders to the line of scrimmage to get as much power behind the throw as possible. The concern with Nunn is his lack of ideal height and arm strength for the FBS level of play. He is a touch and timing passer that must compensate with anticipation and a feel for the game. Footwork must be sound because he needs to be accurate and on time to be most effective. Needs to be in the shotgun spread to enhance his vision of the field.
