Last week, Baylor, Alabama and Stanford won the big games, and Central Florida, Virginia Tech and UCLA made statements in their conference races, as well. Week 11 also left us impressed with Auburn, USC, Arizona State and North Texas and disappointed in Notre Dame, Michigan and Western Kentucky.
A 4-6 week leaves us with a 51-59 overall mark on the season. Week 12 has us returning to Thursday action and willing to back what might be the nation's worst team. In the SEC and ACC, we find value in modest home favorites who might run for 300 yards. And it's finally judgment day in the Big Ten Legends division, which means it's time to review some old lessons.
Editor's note: We've removed the Georgia Tech-Clemson pick analysis following the completion of that game on Thursday night, but have included the ATS pick and score prediction in the interest of full disclosure.
ATS pick: Georgia Tech
Score: Clemson 34, Georgia Tech 31
ATS pick: Michigan State
